By accepting our quotation and engaging North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd will carry out the works set out in the Quotation on the terms and conditions provided herein.
2. The price for the works shall be that set out in the quotation. Any variation or additional works shall attract further charges.
3. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date listed on the quotation.
4. Acceptance of a quotation via email, online acceptance, fax or signed approval is deemed acceptance of these terms.
5. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to request a 50% deposit prior to commencement.
6. The Client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area and removal of any items that may obstruct works.
7. Information contained within quotations reflects the condition of the property and vegetation at the time of inspection only.
8. Sketches, diagrams and visual aids are not to scale and are not suitable for engineering or survey purposes.
9. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd requires reasonable site access to carry out the works.
10. The Client is responsible for ensuring all required permissions and approvals have been obtained prior to works commencing.
11. Any permits or approvals required by Council or governing authorities are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
12. All information provided is believed to be accurate however no guarantee is provided regarding third-party information.
13. Trees cut to ground level will be cut as close as reasonably possible without damaging equipment.
14. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd is not liable for damage beyond its reasonable control when accessing a site.
15. Due care will be taken to minimise marks or damage to driveways and surrounding property.
16. Underground services must be identified by the Client prior to commencement of works.
17. Tree pruning is carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS4373 unless otherwise requested by the Client.
18. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for trees topped or lopped against recommendation.
19. North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit.
20. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted works.
21. Stump grinding is not included unless otherwise stated in writing.
22. Removal of stump grindings may incur additional charges.
23. Removal of brush refers only to debris generated during the contracted works.
24. Any debris requested to remain onsite becomes the responsibility of the Client.
25. All bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled where necessary.
26. Site preparation recommendations are the responsibility of the Client if declined.
27. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled works may incur a minimum call out fee of $465.00.
28. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved accounts are payable within 14 days.
29. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 12% per annum plus recovery costs.
30. Where multiple parties engage North Pine Tree Services Pty Ltd, liability shall be joint and several.
31. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
32. These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous versions.
